Tech Level: (there is higher tech out there – TL10 heading into 11 - but not readily available to the general public)

Starting Wealth: $30,000

Disadvantage limit: -75 points

Magic/Magery?: Yes (Max Magery of 4)

Open Advantages/Disadvantages: Mental, Physical, and Social (Exotic and Supernatural can be available due to the magical/supernatural nature of the world, but should be rarer)

Cybernetics?: Yes (In UltraTech, bought with starting funds)
